At Tailored Touch Bespoke Gifts, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing photographs of the damage, including the packaging, to the email address provided on the packing slip. We will expedite the replacement of your order within 1 business day.
If you find yourself less than completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 7 days. We’ll promptly address your concerns and strive to find a satisfactory resolution.
Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order, as we are unable to replace or refund orders with incorrect personalization.
Once an order is placed and the item has begun the engraving process, it becomes a commitment. Due to the customized nature of our products, which cannot be resold, returns are not accepted after engraving has commenced.
